Vom 15. bis zum 21. August 2007 findet die Festa Major de Gràcia, also das Stadtteilfest Gracias, statt. Wie jedes Jahr werden die Strassen und Gassen prachvoll und farbenfroh dekoriert. Es gibt jede Menge Bier- und Imbissstände sowie zahlreiche Bühnen mit Livekonzerten lokaler Bands.

From 15th till 21st of August 07 the Festa Major de Gràcia, the festivities of the neighbouhood of Gràcia, will be celebrated. Like every year the streets are decorated colourful and laborious. There are lots of beer and snacks selling points as well as stages which offer local bands a podium for their live performances.

Eine weitere Attraktion sind die Gigantes, Riesen, also überlebensgrosse Figuren, welche in einer Art Prozession, begleitet durch Musik, durch die Strassen geführt werden.
Jeder Stadtteil hat eine Gruppe Gigantes und zeigt diese bei Festen voller Stolz.

Another very poplar attraction is the parade of the Gigantes, (giants). Every barrio has its own group and shows them proudful during a march accompanied by musicians.
