Supply vs. demand: is Real Estate market in Spain still on solid ground?
Well, this little shop in C/ Casanova within the Eixample hasn’t got lucky and will not find easily a new owner or shopkeeper. Even if 4 or 5 inmobiliarias (real estate agents) dedicate their time to do so.
It used to host a haircutter / beauty studio before. Now you may “speculate” about its pricefuture.

Nun, dieser Laden in der C/ Casanova im Eixample hat wohl kein Glück und findet so schnell keinen neuen Besitzer/Mieter. Und dabei kümmern sich nur etwa 4 bis 5 inmobiliarias (Immobilienmakler) darum.
Vorher war es einmal ein Schönheitsinstitut/Frisör. Über den Preisdie Zukunft darf “spekuliert” werden.

Bueno, este pequeño local en la C/ Casanova dentro del Eixample no tenia mucha suerta hasta ahora y no ha encontrado ningún dueño nuevo. Aunque 4 o 5 inmobiliarias se ocupan de esto.
Antes habia una peluquería / salón de bellesa pero ya se puede especular sobre su preciofuturo.
